Final Fantasy X began in the city of Zanarkand with a Blitzball star from the
Zanarkan Abes named Tidus. On a night of the game, a big monster showed up and
attacked Zanarkand. While trying to escape from the chaos, he met Auron, a
friend of his old man, Jecth. With the sword from his father that Auron gave to
him, they fought their way out of there. But suddenly, the giant monster named
'Sin' were on their head and they got all sucked up. Tidus blacked out and woke
up a thousand years later in a world called Spira and this was where he started
the story of his fate.
On his journey, Tidus met the daughter of high summoner Braska, Yuna. In order
to defeat Sin and bring 'The Calm' to the people of Spira, she followed her
father's footsteps by becoming a summoner. With the desire to return home, Tidus
join her pilgrimage and ended up being one of her guardians. Throughout the
journey, He found and learned more about friends, sacrifice, her father who he
hated since he was a child, and his true fate...
