• administration of sacraments and sacramentals fund raising/projects

• youth apostolate -A YD

• obedience to where we are assigned

• teaching role (yet still lacking)

• pastoral management/organization

• liturgy

2. What areas of the pastoral ministry do you think we should do more?

• lack of formation

• social concerns teaching & doctrine

• the spiritual/religious aspects of the sacraments. They are becoming simply social affairs of the people.

• Sacraments as part of the people's day to day life Policies for the administration of tlie sacraments

• Meaningful celebration of the sacraments and sacramentals (Not short-cut) Reaching out to the masses

• Lack of social awareness of people which needs to be addressed Lack of formation and reflection on the part of the people

• Focus on evangelization

• The, pastoral council/organizations to amplify/multiply pastoral tasks to reach , out to the laity

• Pastoral management

• Lack of catechism on basic catholic teachings Thematic homilies not only during Christmas, etc. Use of mass media

• Pastoral care for the sick

• Continuity of pastoral programs/projects

• No follow up on the homilies given to the people Visioning ofthe parish

• Selfless commitment and dedication of the priest to his ministry
