Provisions
The bill seeks to grant the right to remarry to a Filipino citizen whose spouse
was a Filipino citizen at the time of marriage and who, thereafter, acquired a
foreign citizenship at the time a divorce was obtained. The Filipino citizen who
remarries under these circumstances shall not be prosecuted for bigamy.

Provisions
This bill amends the present laws on marriage to allow the innocent spouse, who
has been granted a decree of legal separation, to initiate the necessary
petition before the proper courts to finally terminate their marriage and to
re-marry, after a lapse of five (5) years from the date of issuance of the
decree. Requires the petitioner during the hearing to properly establish the
following elements: (1) That the petitioner is the innocent spouse; (2) That
five years have elapsed from the time the decree of legal separation became
final and executory; and (3) Reconciliation between the spouses is no longer
possible.

Provisions Generally the bill intends to protect the rights of the patients from the common practice of hospital in detaining patients who fails to settle their financial obligations; or refusal to extend medical services without deposit.
The bill will open the door for the legalization of euthanasia with the
provision on "Advance Directive" and the "Right to Self-Determination"
Advance Directive - it directs health care providers to administer terminal care
when the person or patient executing the directive reaches terminal illness.

control/management by creating a Responsible Parenthood and Population
Management Council.

Promote use of contraceptives or family planning methods from the barangay level, schools and places of work.

Allocate resources for population management and promotion of family planning, e.g.10% of the Gender and Development (GAD) Budget of all government branches, Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) of each Congressional District and in subsequent General Appropriations Act and inclusion in collective bargaining agreements (CBA) between employers and workers.

Impose mandatory sex education for public and private school from grade S up o 4`h year high school with the following subjects: reproductive and sexual rights, reproductive health care and services, attitudes and values on sexual development and behavior proscription of abortion and post-abortion management, Responsible Parenthood, modern family planning methods, use of different contraceptives, natural family planning, abstinence, prevention of HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases and infections (STDs/STIs), Safe Sex and Maternal and peri-natal and post-natal education and services.

Mandates an ideal family size of two (2) children and providing incentives by means of offering scholarship in tertiary level education to children from these families.

Prohibits health care service providers to refuse providing family planning methods or contraceptives or perform sterilization and ligation.

Prohibit any person to engage in promoting a contrary views or opinions on reproductive health care or provision of the bill labeling it as disinformation.
