Highlights:

APA documents say members of the clergy are
TEACHERS, SANCTIFIERS, SERVANT-LEADERS.

ORDINATION as "pagtatalaga" means that even though
the ministries of teaching,
sanctifying, and servant-leadership are shared with lay people, priests
have "no other way" to do ministry but these.

TEACHER ("Learn") Nulla dies sine linea. Do not let
a day pass without writing a line. Be the first one to learn first.

SANCTIFIER ("Life") The priest’s life must also be
sanctifying.

SERVANT-LEADERS If the priest leads a life of
learning, and sanctifying, then he becomes a servant-leader.

BEC. The ministries serve the BEC. The word "BEC"
should be inculturated into Pangasinan nomenclature.
