The Illicits
This little cliff line is just North of 10th street in Lincoln Park. It has few good slab lines, and some allright overhanging stuff. The cliffs are up to 15' tall, and the topouts are weird and mossy. This also happens to be the local pot smoking/"party it up" spot for Lincoln Park School kids, so if you ask nice you might get some free illicits. But this also means watch out for glass on the landings(not unusual for Duluth's urban crags).
To get here from south of town, get off the highway on 27th and go up the hill. Take a right on 3rd St and go two blocks to 25th Avenue. Head up the hill on 27th until you hit 10th Street, then take a right. Drive about a block or two in, and before you hit the bridge you should notice a little ravine on your left. There is a trail heading down the ravine and the boulders are maybe 100ft in on your left.
