Originally this concept stemmed from a few different sentiments: my love for the X-Men, my complete irritation with trying to write stories pertaining to more recent events (since I stopped reading the comics about three years ago and only decided to start reading them again last week...), and a desire to expose new characters and settings in stories regarding the X (Marvel) Universe. With these basic thoughts in my head, I decided that I should compose a site dedicated to mutants that are not necessarily the ones with which we are all so very well acquainted.
Of course, I was merely going to toss the idea aside, since I thought about the fact that I generally search for fan fiction having to do with a specific character about whom I wish to read at that time, and if I were to come across a site like this, I might be tempted to click the back button and continue my quest. However, I rethought it, and I resolved to do this anyway. I�ll enjoy writing more original work, and I am sure that others will be happy to share their personal creations as well.
I guess basically this is just a place for us to throw out original, bizarre, or alternative characters, situations, and stories. Okay. I am done.
