Julian is a teenager from the town of Snowman with latent -- and especially powerful -- PSI abilities. When introduced, he is neither overly bold, cautious, or withdrawn, but about as brave, sensitive, affectionate, and fun-loving as most people his age.
However, following the events of Mother Alternate's 10th installment, in which he endures a highly traumatic experience, Julian becomes growingly distant from his friends -- up to the point where a much quieter figure eventually emerges.
Still, facets of his true personality remain and are gradually revealed again through one defining trait: his concern for others -- particularly Peel, the gizmo girl with deep feelings for him.
