In the spirit of Valentine's Day, the colors must be red and pink. I've never had any reason to celebrate the day until now so I am doin' it up. Yeah, I know it was yesterday, but I wasn't going to be able to see my boyfriend until tomorrow, so we postponed it. I made a pink heart shaped cake with dark pink (cause for some reason food coloring wont make the icing red) heart shaped sugar cookies on top of it. It's really really cute. I'd put up a picture, but I don't have a cable that will connect my cameraphone to the computer to do the transfer. And I made chocolate cupcakes with pink icing. Yay food!! So I got him a card, but I don't know if I was supposed to get him anything else... I've never done this before. I hope he didn't get me anything more than a card and maybe flowers or I'll feel bad that I didn't get him more. I mean, I asked my guy friends what they thought about getting him something and they said I shouldn't worry so much, but it's in my nature. I'm so excited, I don't think I'll sleep much tonight. I can't wait to see him tomorrow!! |
