A crew of 2 or 3 highly trained people in uniform and supervised by our management staff. We often will do quality control checks with a manager doing an inspection of the work done in your home.
Our hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and you will be scheduled during these times, No Saturdays snd Sundays.
Its very important that everyone working in your home be insured and bonded..
It is not necessary to be home in fact most of our customers are. Apartment home residents can authorize entry by notifying the office at your property. We will not answer the doorbell or telephone while you are away.
You will be entered into our computer with a specific cleaning schedule and we will call you the evening before your scheduled clean.. You can at that time notify us of special attention needs.
Simply leave a check or cash on the counter top each visit we make to your home or make arrangements with our office to be invoiced by the month. No, VISA or MasterCard charge card.
Yes, we do ask that your pet is safely secured for the duration of our visit.
