where do i start... hmm, ok my day started out like any other... missing my 8am class, then going to gospel choir and then my other class. then had a review session and the international dinner thingy. then i had a suprise bday thing. Thanks people for taking your time to come! it's much appreciated, i enjoyed every moment of it... even getting a cake in my face. i'm just glad i didn't get dog piled. shout outs to eli and bjoe for thinking of this... it totally made my day. and thanks for the bball shoes! i was gonna buy another pair, but i guess i don't hafta anymore! (= GOC is awesome! i'd write more, but it's 4:30 am and i'm exhausted. thanks again to everyone for making my bday a memorable one.

So.. what did i exactly do on my last day as a teen? hmm... woke up late to lab, went to lab... had lunch after lab... then went to play some bball at wooden with steven and ed for 3 hrs!... twisted my ankle again tho, sigh, (but it's ok) and worked out a lil to get buffer =P, and then i came back exhausted so i slept for the next hour or so, and then woke up and ate dinner, came back to watch the NJN an celtics game, nets won btw! and i'm currently working on this ee110 project. gee, i wish i coulda done more things as a teen... and now i'm old. maybe i should adopt steven's philosophy of hanging out with youngins so i can feel young myself too. haha. nah.

Who has a midterm during 9th week? i do i do! that's just great. anyways, it was for ethno... that's just great. one thing i noticed today. in contrast to my engineering classes... there's a lot more white people and a lot more girls. hmm... i guess that's why asians aren't ethno majors eh? anyways, apt 433 still hasn't found a place for me and my buddies to live yet. GRR. life is good. i spent all day doing my lab so i get to relax all night. oh yah, you know what's disappointing? the laker game... i dont' wanna think about it. they'll win in 7 (=. well, looks like i'm not going home til finals are over... shrugS. anyways, this rest of this week should be smooth sailing.

You know, seems like everyday something happens that reminds me that i need to keep my trust in God and nothing else. that's all (=

Retreat was awesome! Thank God for everything and especially giving us a time off of school and be able to prasie Him and all His glory! man, there is so much to talk about... This retreat has taught me lots and also formed better bonds with others. through the speakers, i have learned to thank God for everything that's everything in the world, from curing a sickness, to the invention of toilet paper. I was reminded that through trials... like bad grades or not having an apt yet... we are not alone and that God has made this trial for a reason. We should feel blessed that we have trials in our lives, just cuz that means God is working with us. anyways, we also learned that through suffering, we need to go to God first and rejoice. rejoice? yes rejoice. why? because God controls all and made it happen for a reason, duh.

ok, other things that happened, played lotsa cards... went canoeing, was a pure blast... had food better than dorm food... oh yah, going w/ Pam to banquet and the rest of that crew, yay!... did archery, i suck... took lotsa pictures - felt kinda like fob, but who cares! hopefully i'll get those pictures developed in the next week or so and post them up.

Now that i'm back at school... i played a lil basketball, ate dinner, friends stopped by from home... and i watched a crappy movie called Rollerball. highly not recommended! yah, time to sleep and study like crazy for my midterm on tuesday.

Good news: i'm being athletic and playing basketball. Bad news: I twisted my ankle while playing. but you know what, it was all worth it because at least i made this sweet layup doing it. it's better than doing something stupid i suppose. anyways, i'm gonna be gimpy for the rest of the week probably, and hopefully it'll be A-OK by retreat time. other than that... i've been doing some crazy homework. i'm studious like that.

LOOOOOOONG ash day. i've been up since 8 going to class, coming back doing my stupid lab and other stuff. anyways, not much to my life right now, cept that waiting for the manager of the apt we want to call us back. but nehoo, i watched the season finale of smallville.. yes, i like that show... lana, what a babe. anyways, i have concluded that finales suck. they end it on the climax, freakin punks... and they expect us to wait 3 months to watch the start of the season. well, i got a free fast and the furious soundtrack in the mail today. that was great, time to sell it on ebay and make some money, muahahaha. goc retreat's comin up... very excited, cept i have all this crap to do when i get back, i.e. homework, midterm, and lab. cheers to school!

What a loooooooong day. Waking up at 9:30 to do some apt ish... getting that done around 1, then heading out to the beach. but i got some boba at westwood, the first time i had boba... since... spring break? dayam.. i almost forgot how good it was. so the beach was fun, tho the weather was crap for the beach. threw a football around, so my arm will prolly be sore tomorrow. i got to talk to esther and joe a lot, so that was really cool. then went to the car dealer w/ joe... mayan i wanna car now. sigh. anyways, kel n i went to an ethno concert after. BORING. we both fell asleep, haha. okay church tomorrow, woop!

This was my first day to actually relax after massive EE homework and getting only about 3-4 hours of sleep per nite. The time i had today, i put it all into this webpage, especially the graphics. anyways, I can't wait til this friday cuz me and my future roomies are supposed to sign the lease for 433 kelton, woohoo, about time... and amen for gospel choir tomorrow.
