Finished Work: All images/audio files/etc were created from my own ideas and were not taken from any other source. Each picture image was either created from scratch or based from another image. The strokes, paint, and digital rendering done to the image claims the finished product as my own work, which is then signed with a visible signature mark and a hidden signature mark. You are not allowed to take any of my work to call it your own unless of special cases determined by me. Upon an attempt to claim a picture as your own, you will be requested of proof, which you will obviously fail to have. I keep a fractured copy of each picture (each object is moveable separate from the whole image) which will easily prove my ownership. If a picture of mine is desired, you may request from me the image, which I will most often, allow you to use. If usage is granted to you, you may post it on a website, distribute the picture, save the image, So long as credit is given to me. About Image Objects: The images as a whole are mine, however, the base images such as character objects and background images are mostly NOT mine. some background images and characters were changed to the point that they ARE mine, yet some were not changed and they were not my creation. Most images were used lawfully and with author's permission, yet a few I am sad to say were given to me and I do not know the authors. I try to give credit to them, yet this proves difficult on a case to case basis. If you can identify an image that you believe is yours, you will be asked for proof of the image (which I will easily identify since all background/static objects are kept separate from each image). If proof is valid, we can then negotiate for the outcome of that image. I can give you credit or I can simply remove that image from the site. I will be very professional about image claims. About Other Media on this Site: Other media that was not created by me such as Toby Emerson's Music and the video file as well as my image collection page were not my creation. I in no way created those objects and they belong to each individual creator. Images are mostly based on anime such as the DragonBall series' and Ah! My Goddess. I did not create any of the anime series' and so claim no ownership of their story or idea.
