Well, Nationals came and went, and so did any delusions I had of being relatively fast. Me and several other Bond uni players played on a team made up of Queensland uni students and some international players. We had a great time. We played pretty well together considering we had just met roughly 20 minutes before Nationals began. We held our seed finishing in 20 our of 21 teams. We did give the top seed in our division a run for their money. So based on that, we figure if we could have had a few practices before the tournament, we would have moved up several seed. All in all it was a great tournament, even if it did take about a week for all my aches and pains to go away. Here are some of the photos I took over the tournament. Enjoy. |

Our flatmate Phil, another Bond player, played on Dojomojo. They fared better than us by winning the "plate" game. |

Speaking of Dojomojo, here is a stitching of three photos demonstrating someone getting a good throw and yell off versus them. |
