Do you offer discounts to non-profit organizations and/or charities?
Yes. Freestyle Design offers a 20% discount to all recognized non-profit organizations and charities.
Do you offer hosting?
Unfortunately we are not able to support, or host, your domain. With our expertise and care however, we will be happy to research and find you a plan that best meets your needs.
Will you maintain my website?
Yes. However, there is a $35 (USD) per hour charge for this service with a minimum of 3 hours per month.
I am interested in a design. Do you offer free price estimates?
Yes. You can request a price estimate by sending us an email stating your project needs.
Is there a Payment Plan option available?
Yes. Clients with balances of more than $500+ (USD) are eligible for a monthly payment plan. A 25% deposit is due before the start of all projects, with the ending balance spread out over the course of 3-6 months. The first payment is required before projects are published to the web.
Am I required to supply my own pictures (digital or hard copy) for the project?
No. However we strongly advise that origional materials are used. Freestyle Design does offer photography services* for web and graphic designs or clients may send hard copy images to the address below in a SASE*. Images may also be purchased through gettyimages.com or istockphoto.com*.
