F.E. Copper Top is a 1998 F1 Canadian Sport Horse Stallion. His sire, the Trakehner stallion Salut, comes from a long line of excellent dressage horses. Salut was best known for his incredible movement, but also was known for his super jumping ability. F.E. Copper Top's dam, The Countess, is a Hanoverian x Thoroughbred mare by Lorbas. She has produced five foals to date, including the 2002 CSHA Reserve Champion yearling colt.

While he began his competition career in dressage, F.E. Copper Top began his first season in the jumper ring in 2005 with his new rider, Kairen Jamieson. With Kairen he has shown successfully in the training jumper ring and had just moved into the Section 2 jumpers on the "A" circuit. He has also been continuing his dressage training with Kairen and will be competing in Level 2 dressage later this season.

Under saddle F.E. Copper Top is a delight to ride. He has three excellent gaits, smooth to ride, and easy to manage. He has a great work ethic and will do his best to please his rider. His unbeatable temperament has attracted a great deal of notice in the show ring where he has competed successfully not only in the dressage and jumper rings, but also in the hack classes in the midst of large number of mares and geldings.

F.E. Copper Top has also shown successfully on the line. In 2003 he placed very well each time he was out and in 2004 he continued his success on the line. He also attended the 2003 and 2004 Cavalcade of Horses at the Royal Winter Fair as a representative of the Canadian Sport Horse breed. His wonderful manners and great attitude made him a pleasure to show and handle even in the crowds.

One of F.E. Copper Top's best characteristics is his incredible temperament. He is a kind and willing stallion, who is the favorite of all who handle him. He is easy to work around, with a strong understanding of when he is expected to behave and when he is allowed to be a stallion. Virtually unflappable, F.E. Copper Top rarely spooks at anything and is always ready to try something new.

F.E. Copper Top is showing himself to be a wonderful sire. His first babies all have lovely conformation, great movement, and superb temperaments, just like their sire. He has consistently improved on the movement of the mares he is bred to, producing babies that are light on their feet and a true pleasure to watch. His offspring have consistently inherited his kind, willing temperament, and unflappable nature. He also is throwing lot of size in his offspring, each one with the potential to grow at least 2" taller than their dams.

F.E. Copper Top's oldest foals, have been started under saddle have just begun their show careers. They have also been very successful in the annual free jumping competitions held at the Royal Canadian Riding Academy. Owners of F.E. Copper Top's babies have been delighted with their foals and the wonderful temperaments, super conformation, and performance potential they show.

So far the offspring of F.E. Copper Top that have shown on the line have been very well received by the judges, pinning high in their classes. Their great dispositions make them easy to handle in the ring, and their conformation and movement are enough to catch any judge's eye.

F.E. Copper Top is standing at stud at Freehold Equine in Peterborough, Ontario. He is highly fertile, catching nearly every mare in the first attempt. Both fresh cooled semen and frozen semen are available. His stud fee is $1000 with a two year live foal guarantee.

El Ghazi Legacy is a handsome Arabian stallion with exceptional conformation and good Arabian type. He is an excellent mover and has thrown his long stride and suspension on to his foals.

Extremely well bred, El Ghazi Legacy's bloodlines are a who's who of Polish Arabian breeding. His sire, Silver El Ghazi, was approved for Trakehner breeding by the Canadian Trakehner Association. He is also a Regional Champion on the Arabian Circuit. His dam, E A Legacy, was also a Regional Champion, and went top 20 Nationally.

While El Ghazi Legacy has produced some wonderful pony crosses, he is no longer actively breeding. At this time he is our teaser stallion and is only available at stud by private treaty. We would be willing to offer him for sale to the right buyer by private treaty.
