  That is, by the chance I got a birthday present from my friend (a beautiful amethyst necklace), and there were ' Exhibition of Rare Meteorites and Jewels' in 'Lotte World' on that occasion which we really enjoyed.

 They exhibited more than 300 meteoric stones found in all over the world, meteoritic jewels and variety of birthstones from many countries.

  However, The definitions and classifications of birthstones are somewhat different from country to country or age to age.

 The Modern Birthstone list is the official birthstone list(accepted list) from the American National Association of Jewelers.
 These gemstones were officially adopted in 1912.
