Why is it that Christians are being forced to obey non-believers and atheist ways?  When our Nation was created, wasn't EVERYONE given the freedom of religion?  Isn't it written in our Constitution that we are all given the choice to believe as we want?  What is wrong with Christian Morals?  They do nothing more than teach love.  What do non-believer morals teach or not teach?  Christians may or may not try to explain their beliefs to others, just as atheists may or may not try to explain to us, their beliefs.  Why is it that non-believers can't just disregard those of us that believe and walk out if prayer or the pledge is being said?  Why is it that Christians are being forced to do as an atheist feels we should instead of being given the option to do the same and avoid their ways?  There is no harm intended by prayer nor is harm intended by using the words "Under GOD" in our pledge.  Christians do as they believe out of love or concern for others and themselves.  We are being mocked for doing so.  What is wrong with wanting goodness and love for everyone?  I am human, I am a sinner, and I will ask God to forgive me when I realize what I am doing is wrong.  If I repeat my sinful ways, then it is time that I examine my relationship with God.  I was born in the United States of America and given the freedom of religion.  I can believe or not believe.  I choose to believe and  will continue to pray for those that do not.

May God Bless You & May God Bless America!

I Pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
They walked in tandem, each of the ninety-three students filing into the  already crowded auditorium. With rich maroon gowns flowing and the traditional caps, they looked almost as grown up as they felt.  Dads swallowed hard behind broad smiles, and moms freely brushed away tears.  This class would not pray during the commencements ----- not by choice but because of a recent court ruling prohibiting it. The principal and several students were careful to stay within the guidelines allowed by the ruling.  They gave inspirational and challenging speeches, but no one mentioned divine guidance and no one asked for blessings on the graduates or their families.  The speeches were nice, but they were routine.......until the final speech received a standing ovation.  A solitary student walked proudly to the microphone. He stood still and silent for just a moment, and then he delivered his speech ... an astounding-- SNEEZE!  The rest of the students rose immediately to their feet, and in unison they said, "GOD BLESS YOU." The audience exploded into applause. The graduating class found a unique way to invoke God's blessing on their future with or without the court's approval.

MAY GOD BLESS YOU!!!!
"WHY I LOVE HER"
(America)
You ask me Why I Love Her?
Well, give me time and I'll explain.
Have you seen a Kansas sunset
Or an Arizona rain?
Have you drifted on a bayou
Down Louisiana way?
Have you watched a cold fog drifting
Over San Francisco Bay?
Have you heard a bobwhite calling
In the Carolina pines,
Or heard the bellow of a diesel
At the Appalachia mines?
Does the call of Niagara thrill you
When you hear her waters roar?
Do you look with awe and wonder
At her Massachusetts shore,
Where men who braved a hard new world
First stepped on Plymouth's rock?
And do you think of them when you stroll
Along a New York City dock?
Have you seen a snowflake drifting
In the Rockies, way up high?
Have you seen the sun come blazing down
From a bright Nevada sky?
Do you hail to the Columbia
As she rushes to the sea,
Or bow your head at Gettysburg
At our struggle to be free?
Have you seen the mighty Tetons?
Have you watched an eagle soar?
Have you seen the Mississippi
Roll along Missouri's shore?
Have you felt a chill at Michigan
When on a winter's day
Her waters rage along the shore
In thunderous display?
Does the word "Aloha" make you warm?
Do you stare in disbelief
When you see the surf
Come roaring in at Waimea Reef?
From Alaska's cold to the Everglades,
From the Rio Grande to Maine,
My heart cries out, my pulse runs fast
At the might of her domain.
You ask me Why I Love Her?
I've a million reasons why:
My Beautiful America,
Beneath God's wide, wide sky.
~ John Mitchum ~
O Lord my God! when I in awesome wonder
Consider all the worlds Thy hands have made,
I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder,
Thy power throughout the universe displayed:
When through the woods and forest glades I wander
And hear the birds sing sweetly in the trees;
When I look down from lofty mountain grandeur
And hear the brook and feel the gentle breeze:
And when I think that God, His Son not sparing,
Sent Him to die, I scarce can take it in;
That on the cross, my burden gladly bearing,
He bled and died to take away my sin:
When Christ shall come with shout of acclamation
And take me home, what joy shall fill my heart!
Then I shall bow in humble adoration,
And there proclaim, my God, how great Thou art!
The National Flag Day Foundation believes that each citizen has the constitutional right to say the Pledge of Allegiance. In repeating these 31 words, citizens reaffirm their belief in our nation's Republic form of government, their respect for the flag of the United States as a symbol of unity, and that this Nation is one nation under God. No citizen is required to say the Pledge of Allegiance, but when they say that this is a nation under God, they are stating a fact that our Nation was founded by those seeking religious freedom and freedom from oppression. These are historical facts that are part of our heritage.

"It is absolutely unthinkable that, in a nation that was founded as a definitely Christian nation, you can't even have a Bible on the school teacher's desk without risk of serious problems."  Unknown
"But the Koran, Mein Kampf, Das Kapital, or any "scientific" fiction supporting Darwinism (so-called science, which is really just the false religion of evolution), Socialism, Communism, or other Atheistic Humanistic claptrap are all perfectly acceptable."  Unknown

"I believe the Bible is the best gift God has ever given to man. All the good from the Savior of the world is communicated through this book...All things desirable to men are contained in the Bible."
