His mother petitioned to numerous lawyers(high end lawyers), you know the type that tried to get get Michael Jackson and O.J. out of troubles. They would do this petition to try to get them free since the family was poor. I followed the story line and the guy was very convincing that he was innocent. He was free from the death penalty but after that, later on, they found out that this person was actually the murderer.
A mind is a wierd thing and you do not know who is who. I am not saying that this person is right or wrong. What he has been through has been cruel and he should have some justice for that. The best thing for this person to do is try to bring it before the supreme court system. Having their evidence tampered with (so they say), there is alot of possibilities to look at that are so strong. One thing to look at is why was this person covered in blood?I guess one of the things that could have helped to proved innocence or guilty in court was to have that t-shirt tested or the clothing that was involved. Make sure that blood stain was DNA tested. The most puriest of all logic uh in this case rather than talk anymore about it, getting more brain farts, is gonna kill me since I am already bored to death here in Iraq and all I get to do is to think to myself.
