This page is devoted to the personal views and opinions of the authors of this site as well as others who cared enough to submit their supporting thoughts. Please sumbit your comments on this case to [email protected]. Your posts will be posted on this site and once we have obtained enough, we will make print outs to send to Damien, Jessie and Jason. Thank you for your time.
Dear Supporters,
First off THANK YOU for taking time to look through this site. I hope that you have also been to the West Memphis 3 homepage. Ali and I completely support the efforts of a fair hearing in this matter, instead of what the boys recieved. This is one of our efforts to help raise support for the West Memphis 3. I first heard of this case through a friend, and Ali heard it from me. We thought this would be a great format to help spread the word of mouth power. This site has been getting hits even as we create it. That lets us know that people are interested. This is not something that we are doing for ourselfs, but for Damien, Jason, Jessie, Chistopher, Michael, Steve, and other people like them, and us around the country (quite possibly the world). This story hits a little close to home for me as well as Ali. We both grew up in the south.and have both led a little less than "normal" lifestyle as well as done some of the non-illegal (or immoral) things that convicted the boys. I have also been subjected to stereo types, and police harassment. I do belive in punishment for CRIME. Just as I believe in FREEDOM for innocents. This case is very much like the witch burnings of old. Witches have been burned throughout history because of differences, money, and politics. When this country was founded, it was so people could worship their own form of religion, in a free society. However, as this case shows Theology comes into government functions that are supposed to be unbias. Freedom of religion means all religions. I am giving all that I can to support what I believe in....as I always have, and will. I am 25 years old and a cross country truck driver. I have been through West Memphis a 100 times and never heard anything about the case. But believe me that people are going to start hearing. I pass out flyers as much as I can, and talk to all who will listen that I think will offer support. With Me and Ali being on the road most of the time we can only update this site about once per month. But we will check the E-mail everyday provided my cell phone has a signal. Please continue to visit the official homepage, as this site is mearly one of our ways of support. We hope to hear from you.
Thanks again.
Mike
To all who have visited our site:
First of all, thank you for taking the time to view our pages. Your interest is much appreciated. There are several things that disturb me about this case. I have been reading into some of the older archived newspaper clippings as well as surfing the internet to find out more information. I am just not satisfyed with the way this case has been tried. There are so many things that point to the blame being on someone other than these three young men. How can people live with themselves knowing that an innocent man is going to die for a crime that obviously someone else committed. This country is too quick to judge someone based on their "outward" appearances and the type of music that they listen too! You can not sit there and argue a valid point on that one. Basically what this whole thing is summed up to is the fact that our society is scared of the unknown. Have you noticed that no one ever stops to ask the "PREPPY" dressed people where they were that night? The fact is, no they would not expect someone wearing what our society considers "acceptable attire"  if they killed anyone. Furthermore, what about people who listen to "Christian" music? Do they feel that they should go around and hang everyone on a cross so that they can pay for their wrong doings? Again the answer is NO. As Mike stated earlier, our country is notorious for being known for our "Freedon" and that entails the fact that we can believe in what ever religion that we not THEY choose. If Damien chose a different religion it is HIS business. We are not supposed to criticize someone on their beliefs. There is no reason that he should have that held against him. Again, society is scared of the unknown. How many of them pompus, sorry excuses for law officials ever researched the Wiccan religion? More than likely the answer would be none. I wear the clothes that I feel comfortable in not what society expects me to wear. I listen to the music that I am interested in, not what congress wants me to hear. This case portrays the exact reason why our country is not "Perfect" as everyone would like to believe. How would parents feel if their children were subject to the harsh judicial system that these young men were subject too? How can you trust that democracy is not going to judge you? Again, you can not. Everyone believes that it is ok to judge everyone else. These young men were singled out of a small town to make the law enforcement look good and meet their "quotas" If they had done their job appropiately then the evidence would have never  been tampered with. If they did their job then possibly this whole event might not have happened. 6 humans have paid dearly for some other idiot's actions and the lack of actions that we as citizens depend on the law enforcement to achieve. I hope in some way, someone will help these guys because they really need it as well as deserve it. I am highly aggrivated and generally let down with the way society has handled this situation. I give Damien, Jessie, Jason, Michael, Christopher and Steve my word that I will do anything and everything in my power to help them in this situation and to track down the real killer!
Sincerely,
Ali
