| Biography Fox McCloud is the leader of a band of adventurers-for-hire known as Star Fox. Fox and his fellow pilots Peppy, Slippy, and Falco patrol the Lylat system in their mother ship, the Great Fox. From the cockpit of his Arwing, Fox leads the ceaseless pursuit of the evil scientist Andross, who doomed Fox's father. Moves Blaster - Fox's regular special move is his blaster. Pressing and releasing the B button fires his blaster. A major improvement is Fox's ability to fire very rapidly without having to take a break. The draw back is it is a little bit more weak than in SSB. It only does 1% damage and it doesn't stop characters from doing anything. Fox Illusion - This is Fox's new move. He stops for a split second, then he zooms a few "melee yards" forward (creating an illusion-like scene) damaging everyone he rams through. Its not very strong, but it is super fast. Fire Fox - The Fire Fox move hasn't changed much. It is also still used as Fox's triple jump. And it still deals a heavy dose of damage. Reflector - A pretty handy defense this is, as it deflects almost all (if not all) projectiles back at the enemy, and usually with more power! Melee (GameCube) 2001 - Star Fox Adventures: Dinosaur Planet (GameCube) Pros -Agile Cons -Weak Single Attacks FFAF History SSBM Champion (12) As the newest member of the group, joining the federation in September 22, 2006, his intentions are still not completely clear. His debut though was impressive to say the least as he came very close to defeating the reigning Champion, Link. Which is no easy feat. After spending some time in the FFAF and training, Fox will most definately become an asset to the FFAF and a threat to it's competitors. On October 6, 2006, Fox's intention was clear. In a tournament for the SSBM Championship, Fox made it to the Finals to face off against reigning champion, Link. In the end, after all the dust cleared, Fox came out victorious defeating Link, ending his undefeated streak and becoming SSBM Champion! The events occuring on December 8, 2006 put Fox in the History books. Not only did Fox come out victorious in a Tournament, becoming SSBM Champion for a second time, but he became the first to retain the title after a rematch clause against the dominant Link. With his purpose in the federation being fulfilled, Fox now continues his training in order to make a defeat over Link more constantly and maybe one day clash against world wide competitors and emerge victorious. |
