What is the Definition of Friendship?
What is the definition of friendship? The definition of friendship to me is a bond between two or more people. In this bond you share good times and bad times, you share happy times and sad times, and you are always there for each other no matter what the circumstance is.
I am a very loving a caring person. I am always looking out for other people before I look out for myself. Many people tell me that I should forget about looking out for other people before myself, but that isn�t my nature. My nature is to look out for other people and then look out for myself. I was raised in a very tight and close family.
My family consists of my mom, sister, and myself. Even though we sometimes fight, we are still very close and the best of friends. My family isn�t the type of family that you would see on a television show and say, "Wow I would love to have that kind of family." My family has had many ups and downs. When my dad left our family, I was in third grade. I really didn�t know what to think about my dad leaving since I was still young. However again I put everyone in my family before myself and made sure that they would be all right. Ever since my dad left us, I always thought that he left because of me. I always blamed myself for my dad leaving and everyday I would think about it. Only a couple of months ago I finally realized to myself that my dad left because of himself, and it was no one in my family that made him leave except himself.
I am getting older and getting mature. Everyday is like another adventure for me. I am now getting involved with the fire department in my town and I love it. I am trying to pursue a hobby of becoming an EMT. I love volunteering my time there and giving back to the community. By volunteering my time and giving back to my community, it made me realize that life is something special. Life to me is everything. After realizing what I have been put through in the past years of my life, it makes me look at life in a very different way. Life to me is something special. You have to take life head on, and take everything that comes your way. In everyday that I have lived, and everyday that is in the future for me, I will always remember one thing. Live life to the fullest, because life is too short. And another thing, always think about what your going to say to someone. Because that one thing that you will say to that person might be the last thing that you will ever say to that person.
