Final Update
CINCINNATI (1.13.2003) We were overwhelmed today by the number of family and friends that came to pay tribute to Fred. It was a beautiful service that truly captured the essence of what made Fred so special to each of us. We will all be eternally grateful for the love and support everyone has shone. You all demonstrate the meaning of Strength to Strength. Though Fred will be terribly missed by all, you and Fred himself give us the strength to move forward.

In this last entry we will include a tribute that Andrea wrote recently for a photo class and a poem written by our brother-in-law/Uncle Roger that says it all.

With love,
Amy, Andrea, Mindy, & Jason

Tributes
Dad,
As I sit to write this, I find myself wondering where I should start. Should it be the
Dinner dates to the restaurant of my choice, our trip to Chicago to see the Bulls play, or the

Football game and weekend at UVA? Each of these are
Really special moments I will never forget. Your
Excellence in business has always prevailed. Your
Dedication and

Determination rubs off on everyone whose lives you touch.
I have never met a more positive person. You have an incredible strength to fight
Any obstacle that stands in your path to success.
Mentor, hero, friend all words that have been used to describe the
One and only Dad that I love oh-so-much!
Never give up your fight just keep thinking of the happy
Days ahead.

I LOVE YOU!
