Who Was Me (formerly Is)
My real name was Damian Joseph Kemp.
I lived in the rainy Willamette Valley, in the State of Oregon, in the U.S. of A., on a tiny rock spinning around a small star on an arm of the Milky Way.
I was 23. I liked everything. Especially the color green.
More About Past Me
I worked in a lab at the University of Oregon. It's developmental genetics research on Caenorhabditis elegans. That's a kind of worm. They're very small, almost too small to see, which is just as well, because we slaughter them by the thousands. I worked for this guy. His name's Bruce Bowerman, and he's a SCIENTIST.
I've been likened in appearance to Steve Buscemi, which is flattering because he's an actor. I was also recently compared to a "young Keith Richards" by some old british commercial director who also referred to me as "Ringo". I've been told my mannerisms remind people of Topher Grace's character, Eric Foreman, on That 70s Show (no, I'm not going to provide a link...shmuck). Ok, here you go. Tell me what you think.
Well, at least I'm charming. Ok, here's me, for reals.
Oh wait, no, that's Salmon Rushdie. Sorry. Here's me. For reals.
