The following is a little something I wrote at age 18 when I realized there could not be a 'God' logically or philosophically.

God!

Why do I have to believe in 'God'?

Why do people think I will go down below when I die

if I don't believe in 'God'?

For one, I've never seen the 'guy'.......

Have you?

I didn't think so.

"I spoke to the Lord, Jesus Christ, and he said....."

I'll bet he said
"Quit talkin' to me! I've got nothing to say!

Leave me alone!"

Maybe he didn't say anything.

People say that 'God's' spirit is eternal, which means that as long as there

is someone on Earth to complain, 'God' is going to have to hear it.

Poor Guy.

Even worse, supposedly when we die, our spirit/Soul goes up

(over, across, whereever he is)

to live with 'God'......

ETERNALLY!

Does that mean I will have to listen to everyone's complaints, also?

Forever?!

No, wait....that's 'God's' job.......(thank god),

I really wasn't going to be up for listening to.....

Rapists, 'Hitler's', Murderers, and general sex criminals.

According to the 'majority' of the world, 'God' is the highest power there is, and

Jesus was his son. And we have a tendency to depict Jesus as wearing a robe

or very little clothing. Now, I realize that was the attire of those times, but follow me.....

According to the world today, in order to be mighty, powerful, etc, you need to have

LOTS of Money, be rich & famous.

Now, unless you haven't been born yet, you have noticed that these people's

attire consists of suits, phones and jewelry.

Therefore, to own this stuff suggests POWER.

But wait, I don't believe the all mighty Jesus had this stuff....then again,

maybe his rags WERE from Gucci or Christian Dior.

No, actually, I believe that the people of this world which most resemble Jesus

are the homeless.

They have very few clothes, live on the streets, alleys, etc......

AND THEY SURVIVE.

That takes a pretty strong person.

Therefore, I guess the homeless are supreme and all mighty?

If so, we should change this popular phrase to:

"He who dies with the LEAST toys,

WINS"

WE humans are on this planet. We work for it, build on it and keep us going.

We work together to accomplish, Love, Communication, Survival

and Happiness.

Why the need to turn to something we can't see, touch or hear when

we've got each OTHER?

And how can I believe in the church when there are SOOO many different ones,

with different beliefs and theories?

When various religions are telling me different ways about this and that, it simply

tells me that no one is sure about anything

In other words, MY personal opinions, views and ideas are

JUST AS VALID AS THE NXT GUY/GIRL.


HOW DARE YOU FEEL THIS WAY!?
