At the missions dinner we heard from two missionaries. We wanted to provide additional information on their ministries and how you can contact them.

 

Jenny Ashley is a Frazer member that has gone on short term missions and recently has been on a year long mission trip to Haiti. She is back home for a while and she loves to tell everyone about her ministry in Haiti. You can e-mail her at [email protected].

We had a great time at the missions dinner. Sarah and Joel Purcell spoke about their mission work in Peru. Thanks to everyone in helping in the support for the family of Makayla Dixon. We were able to provide her mother $300.00 for gas money to visit her while she underwent cancer treatment at UAB. Thanks to Debbie Peavey for sharing the story of Makayla with us. Our prayers are with the Dixon family and the children at Head Elementary over the loss of Makayla. Makayla Dixon.

In May 2005 we started raising funds to help Global Impact with their project to distribute food in Nicaragua. Global Impact Nicaragua Project.

At the Harbor Light mission dinner on September 15, 2006 we heard from Bob Crittenden from WLBF and Ken Black from World Partners.
