15. William Pickney "Bud"⁴ GORDON (Alson³, Samuel², Alexander¹) was born in Forks of Pigeon, Haywood County, North Carolina 1 December 1859. William died 19 December 1905 in Haywood County, North Carolina, at 46 years of age. His body was interred 20 December 1905 in Bethel Community Cemetery, Haywood County, NC.

He married Virginia "Jennie" Cathey in Haywood County (Pigeon Township), North Carolina, 30 November 1880. Virginia was born 28 October 1861. Virginia died 25 June 1929 at 67 years of age. Her body was interred 25 June 1929 in Bethel Community Cemetery, Haywood County, NC

Occupation: Farmer.

William Pickney "Bud" GORDON and Virginia "Jennie" Cathey had the following children:

57 i. Lucy Mae⁵ GORDON.

+ 58 ii. Annie Louise GORDON was born 13 February 1882.

59 iii. James Alson GORDON was born 27 February 1887. James died 8 July 1887 at less than one year of age. His body was interred in Bethel Community Cemetery, Haywood County, NC.
