| Rabbitland was, at the beginning of this paragraph, living under the shadow of war. One time prime minister and lap dancer, Bovril Cumbersome, proclaimed that he had sealed peace with the Ygniz and was briefly decorated with leaves and pinned gently to a pole in celebration. However, this was short-lived, as, across the sea, plans to kill people were afoot. Then they came to fruition. |
| Fruiting, as they did, these plans became the most deadly confrontation ever to grace the plain of Rabbitean conflict. Their deadly fruit, if I may, was death. Death in many forms: Death by bullet, death by knife, death by fist and open hand, death by suffocation, death by needle, death by poison, death by drowning or by falling a very very long way, death by being kicked really hard by a donkey or mule, death by bleeding, death by fighting, death by accident, death by explosion, death by panther, death by impact, death by fighter plane, death by pineapple, death by propulsion, death by filling up with water, death by disease and skin affliction, death by death, death by teething, death by being cut, bruised and grazed, death by murder, death by planing, death by being stabbed, death by allergy, death by implication, death by nonchalance, death by sight, death by nails, death by stone, death by beef, pork and venison, death by association, death by night, death by execution, death by constriction, death by animal, death by jocularity, death by rope, string and twine, death by insect, death by bombs, death by jove, death by cliff-top, death |

Unfortunately, peace was never more than a stone's throw away. That 'stone' was 'thrown' one summer morning then, and it brought peace to a land so long at war. It was, from a sociological point of view, time for something a bit more light-hearted. And so the Blurge brothers created, single handedly (or octuple pawedly to be accurate) an entire pop-culture, the likes of which I thoroughly disapprove of. |

| A brutally realistic battle scene from the Frank Blurge movie 'Death War 3'. Here we see Frank having his guts blown out. He goes on to win the war single-handedly with the now legendary line 'Intestines don't win wars, dammit - guns do!' |
