Please follow these
guidlines when you submit a template to this site.
- If applicable,
verify with your employer that they release all rights to the template.
If you created your template on company time, they may own the rights
to it. Once placed on this site, templates may be considered public
domain.
- Make your template
as generic as possible by removing all company names, product names,
and logos, and replacing them with placeholders and/or variables.
- Include with the
template a separate document (preferably in PDF) that showcases your
template. It should include a description and specific details such
as fonts, variables, numbering schemes, graphic uses, etc. Saving it
in PDF preserves the original look of your template, and allows for
online viewing.
This is especially important with Frame+SGML files, as the webmistress
does not have access to that application. (sorry)
- To submit templates,
click the E-mail button and send them as an attachment.
You may use compression software -- I can accept both Mac and PC formats.
