FoxWood Borzoi- PAST
FoxWood Borzoi began in 1979 when we acquired Yuri (Andvell's Willie Nelson) from Pat Smith, Andvell Kennels (Hebron, IN).
Prior to our addition of Yuri to our canine family, Dennis had raised
Bouvier des Flandres since 1975.
Shortly after Yuri came to live with us, We purchased Polly
(Ch. Andvell's Pollyanna), who was the first borzoi registered with
Therapy Dogs International.
These two borzoi inspired a lifelong commitment by us to the
elegant borzoi breed.
