NEWCOMERS & NEIGHBORS
The Fox Valley Newomers and Neighbors would like to meet you and welcome you to our group!
We are a group of women who have one common goal...to make friends. We are new or not so new to the area. We are retired, getting back into social activities after children go to school or just looking to network. We can help you with the many questions and challenges involved in relocating or just learning more about the area.
We have members with no children, young children, teenagers, college students and empty nesters. We have a variety of interests, but most importantly, we want you to feel connected to a group as well as our community.
Our calendar of events runs from September through June. We have monthly luncheons at various restaurants and sometimes other venues...even a paddle boat! Most luncheons include an informative program or fun activity. Our "Special Interest" groups run the gamut from card playing to biking and are only limited by our members imaginations.
We have all been "the new kid on the block" and we really understand the emotional roller coaster ride moving to a new state or community. So, call or e-mail for more information. We know you will find us a friendly welcoming group.
