Description:
Another long fucking day! After finishing like 3 hours of homework I had just enough time to hit the gym.. almost didn't go at all, but I figured something is better then nothing.
I hit the weight room and did 1 set of 20 reps 1 min rest in between (As my plan says to do this week) on just about every machine.
After that I headed towards the indoor track! ( remind me to figure out how long one lap on this is)
Eitherway I decided that 20 laps on this should be decent, I also hit it at a rather fast pace to make it into a speed workout. On the tenth lap I cooled it down for one lap to catch meh breath, and the last lap I all out sprinted... mainly because it's really fun to all out sprint ^_^
Actually I'm pretty sure it's not good for you, but whatever
Tomarrows gunna be my Long Run! .... just not sure how long I'm going to make it >_<

Description:
Well it was a maddd busy day, had 3 classes, helped me mum clean a post office, and I had an office of myself to clean in a couple hours.
I rocketed outside not exactly sure where I was goin (gotta stop doing that)
Ended up near the PAV, anyway theres a decent hill on the street right before it. I looped that hill 5 times at a decent pace, then ran past the green street shops over near cumbys, then up that final hill and back home.
all in all I felt good, but the cold air killed meh!
After cranked out a few push-ups

Ok So here startes my College Running/lifting workout plan! I got a lot of spare time, and no excuses. so I will Commit to this!

Eitherway Today I hit the weight room and started to get meh body ready.
I started with only 1 set, 20 reps and 1 min rest time in between machines.
It's not much, but then again I haven't done much in a looong while (aside from fightin people on the weekends ^_^ )

As for running I hit the tredmil for 20 mins stayed around 8 - 8.5 for speed. Then went out on the indoor track to do some striders and loosen mehself up.

Came back to the room and busted out some pushups and Crunches/curls/whatever
(ab shit)

Tomarrow is gunna be more running intensive, with a very short visit to the weight room

Buy The way... I felt fucking great!

All in all a helluva lot better then the other day (ended up not running yesterday >_< ) But yeah, I felt pretty damn strong.
I left my house and headed for central park, went up the hill past the funeral home and towards orange st. took the long way to vale street, ran past it and towards the P.A.V From there up the hill goin towards apple country, then back home!
I'm thinkin it was 2 miles? ...hopefully
Eitherway prolly gunna stick around 2/3 miles for the week. and maybe pull off a slow fiver at the end of the week (Tribute maybe?)

It sucked, it was cold, and I'm angry that I couldn't even make the 2 mile mark. Granted it has been a while since I last did this, so I'm not overall pissed at myself, but it sucks going from doing 8/9 mile runs down to 2
