m.jules' X-Men fic

Caution: My fiction is not necessarily Jean Grey friendly. You have been warned.

Well, you might not get to read these stories for awhile, but don't blame me completely! FLa's my beta reader, you know, and she actually went out and got a job that's taking up most of her time! (So is mine, but that's beside the issue, right?) And I...well, I haven't learned how to do anything without my magic feather of a beta! (And I'm so darned attached to FLa's beta'ing, I'm having trouble going to anyone else without actually feeling like I'm having a damned affair.) But in the meantime, just to tease you a little, here are the working titles and the so-far summaries. Be advised, these are subject to change without notice...just as soon as FLa gets around to commenting. :-D

Update: Well, thanks to the DDFH list (whose website can be found at http://www.dreamwater.org/ddfh), not only have I finished and linked these fics (and found three new betas -- nothing personal, FLa... ;) ), but I've also written more. Have fun!

TITLE: All The Little Logans
RATING: R for Loganesque language

PART TWO: The Blood of Eden
RATING: NC-17 for the pair.

CATEGORY: Depressing. Really, really depressing. Angst, violence, character death...

TITLE: Bodyrock
RATING: NC-17
SUMMARY: It's summer in the South and college roommates Marie D'Ancanto and Kitty Pryde are having issues with their air conditioner...and showing the AC repairmen just how hot it is inside their apartment.
CATEGORY: Smut with an embarrassing lack of plot.

TITLE: Every Breath You Take
RATING: R to NC-17 (disturbing themes)
SUMMARY: In a comics-history-inspired universe, Wolverine is sent to track down and kill a freelancer mercenary named Rogue... But who is really the hunter, and who is the prey?
CATEGORY: My attempt at darkfic. See whatcha think.

TITLE: The Fool of Fate
RATING: R
SUMMARY: Everybody at the mansion is screwing up their destinies. Only two people see it, and one is determined to fix it.
CATEGORY: A lot of fun, and just a little self-therapy regarding the ongoing X-Men soap opera.

TITLE: Further To Fly
RATING: R
SUMMARY: On her twentieth birthday, Rogue decides it's time to grow up. But she can't move on while she's holding on to Logan...can she? She lets go...but Logan never said he wanted to be let go of.
CATEGORY: About a "medium" on the angst-o-meter.

TITLE: Hearts & Bones
RATING: NC-17
SUMMARY: The arc of a love affair. (Which is a nice way of saying, PWVLP. porn with very little plot.)

RATING: R
SUMMARY: "I'm sorry."
CATEGORY: Angst. (So informative, hm?)

TITLE: Mercy
RATING: R (contains disturbing images of violence)

Series Title: Sixteen
PART ONE: Sin
PART TWO: Voyeur
PART THREE: unknown
RATING FOR THE SERIES: R to NC-17 (I'm bad at ratings)
SUMMARY: Evo Rogue goes after her man... but she's a little too young. How far does Logan's self control extend?
CATEGORY: Relationship angst. *grins* And possibly underage squick.

RATING: R (very bad language)
SUMMARY: Logan's transfer of powers has some tricky side effects...and Marie gets her revenge for them.
CATEGORY: Me tryin' to be funny. Some people thought it worked. You decide.

TITLE: You Make Me
RATING: R
SUMMARY: What we will do for love is limited only by our dedication. For someone whose desperation runs deeper than the metal in his bones, there are no limits... and that can be a frightening thing.
CATEGORY: A lot of angst, a little love, a few warm fuzzies tossed in to break it all up.
