Personally I feel tired many times, even if I haven't done labor! I'm sure some of you have that feeling too sometimes! So, what's the problem? Carbohydrates is the culprit here, and a wrong eating diet.
So, is cutting out sweets and meats and eating only fruits the solution? NO!
You should eat a bit of every food category, all with a limit though!
So, on to the right diet.... Try it out for a few weeks, and see if you feel more energetic!
Early Morning :
Eat a big breakfast with lots of carbohydrates, less fat
Mid-morning :
A piece of fruit stabilizes the blood sugar level
Lunch :
Eat foods with lots of proteins, carbohydrates (vegetables, rice , pasta, fish, lean meat)
Afternoon :
Fruit or raw vegetables
Dinner :
Eat a varied diet, including lots of vegetables
Before bedtime :
Fruit (a banana is best)
