Daniel
Foster grew up in Denver, Colorado and graduated High School from
Thomas Jefferson High School in Denver. He went on to receive his
Bachelor's of Arts at Indiana University in Bloomington in 1992
and graduated from the University of Denver School of Law in May
of 1996. Since his graduation Mr. Foster has worked for several
trial attorneys specializing in criminal defense, commercial litigation
and family law.
Mr. Foster
spent two and one half years working as a Denver Deputy District
Attorney under Bill Ritter. He specialized in all misdemeanor a
offenses, DUIs, and juvenile felony prosecution.
Mr. Foster
left the DA's office in April of 1999 and started his own practice
specializing in criminal and commercial litigation. Mr. Foster is
an expert in trial work and has built a thriving practice in the
heart of Cherry Creek. In December of 1999 Mr. Foster formed a partnership
with Robert Graham and Associates, and are now known as Foster &
Graham, LLP.
