Cybertron is the homeworld of the Transformers, a race of mechanoid warriors capable of reconfiguring themselves into weapons, vehicles and communications devices.

Created by a being of great power whose true origins have been lost long ago in the midst of time, it stands out from the cosmos as a sparkling jewel, a world not only inhabited by machine life, but machine from its surface to its centre.  Only a few traces of rock remain, hinting at perhaps what this planet was in its distant past...
