Slavery Slavery is not permitted in FHotL under any circumstances. If a member is found to be a slaver, he/she will be removed from the guild, no questions asked. If a member is a slave and wants to be free he/she is allowed to stay within the guild and will be healed if any injuries were suffered during their slavery period. If the member is a slave and does NOT want to be freed, he/she will be removed from FHotL, no questions asked. Following Orders If any member does not follow the orders of their superiors (GC,SiC,TiC, and in some cases the DC's), he/she will be subjected to a Scar Match between themselves and the superior that challenges them first, but before the match is allowed, the member/superior must send an orb to the GC,SiC,or TiC.Then if one of those three superiors you sent the orb to see's that a mach is neccessary, it will be so, but if the superior that is being defied is found to be wrong in his/her orders given, the scar match will not be allowed and the superior will be taken in for discussion and possible punishment.Punishment will vary from a Scar Match, prison time,or removal from FHotL depending on how seriously out of bounds their orders were.NOTE: this order applies to the GC,SiC,and TiC as well. Before they can commence in a Scar Match he must check in with the GC or SiC or TiC and get their approval before a Scar Match may commance. Healers All healers in the Immortal Souls Division are obligated to heal any/all injured members of FHotL, if they are present. If they do not heal the injured person(s) of FHotL that is/are injured, the healer will be removed from the Immortal Souls Division and placed into another division, or possibly removed from the guild itself. Member Problems If a member has a problem with another member of the guild and wants a Death Match with the other member, he/she much seek permission from the GC,SiC, TiC and/or Demetrius Landis Long.If the Death Match is not approved by one of them, the Death Match will not be permitted. The member will have the option of an Arena Match with the other member, no permission is needed for this, but there must be a superior officer such as the GC, SiC,TiC or DC to proctor and oversee the match. Attacks on other Guilds Attacks on other guilds are not permitted unless the member who wishes to lead the attack goes to his/her DC and tells them of their plans. Their DC will talk to the GC, SiC, or TiC to be approved or declined. If the request is denied the DC who was told of the attack must send a letter (E-mail) to the person seeking permission. If the member still leads an attack on the guild which they chose to attack even after their permission was denied, the offenders will be turned over to the attacked guilds GC to be punished as he/she sees fit. Striking Superiors If a member strikes a superior, outside of any match (which must be accepted and agree'd to by both member and superior), that member will be punished. The punishment will vary, depending on how many offences have occured from the member. 1st Offence: Member must clean the Forgotten Palace, the Lunar Star Tavern, and the FHotL Recruit Bar. (1,000 word log for each establishment, logs must be send to the GC and the superior who was struck. If the logs are not received within 5 mun days, the member will be punished as if it were the 2nd offence) 2nd Offence: Member will be thrown in jail for 3-7 days (mun days). The day's will vary depending on what was attacked, and how much damage was caused. 3rd Offence: Member will be subjected to an Arena Match with the superior who was struck and only that superior. If any other superior fights in place of that one the match will be illegal and the member will be allowed to stay with NO punishment whatsoever. Punishments after Arena Match If the superior flees the subjected Arena Match: The member will be removed from FHotL. If the member flees the subjected Arena Match: The member will be subjected to a Death Match with the GC, no questions asked. If the superior is killed in the subjected Arena Match: Then the member will be subject to a Death Match with any superior present and willing to fight to the death. (Which must be held under the GC's,SiC's,or TiC's watch. If any of these three people are not online the Death Match must be postponed until one is online.Until one of these three can be online and able to oversee the match the character who is subjected to the Death Match will be held in prison) Promotions To get a desired position the member must simply earn it. The member also reserves the right to challenge a superior of his/her choosing to an Honor Match for their rank (and dice). If the challenging member wins, ranks (and dice) will be exchanged, but if he/she loses, no ranks (or dice) shall be exchanged, and they will not be able to challenge any other superior to an Honor Match for 2 Days (mun days). (NOTE: If the superior or member signs offline during the match it will be considered fleeing the match in character and the person who signs off will be declared the loser of the match so make sure that BOTH fighters log an honor match just in case the other member tries and tamper with the log to make it seem as if you signed offline. It is also good to have someone around as a whitness for it . If a member forgets to log and the other fighter logs, the other fighter could easily change the log to make it seem as though you signed offline and the GC will have no choice but to declare it winner in their favor if you have no proof such as a log that you fought and won the match. In my eye's I see it as your own stupidity to not log this match. So if you do not log and the opponent alters the log to make it seem as if you fled do not be mad at the superiors be mad at yourself for not logging.Thats just a thought of my own.Keep it in mind.) |
