An Evil Sea hag makes a deal with Mylie (A mermaid) that if she could find a man to claim his love for her, then she could stay human. but if she couldn't, she has to give her immortal life to the Sea Hag, while Piper is struggling with Fear and Cole is back to give Phoebe a hard time. Paige casts a spell to track the sea hag and turns Phoebe into a mermaid.
But At the end, she didn't want to go back.
