Hi! My name is Dan Mitchell and I live in Palatine, Illinois. This fall I will be entering into the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign to embark on a degree in Computer Science.

I like programming, which constitutes most of the actual content in this site. Mainly, my interests are (note: in an unordered list!) :

• Halo: The best video game ever
• Programming: in Java or C++. It's fun for all ages!
• Websites: I've made a few, which will not be linked to here because they are horrible. I use Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, and GoLive for all the colorful goodness!
• Martial arts: TaeKwonDo and Gumdo, although I've gotten lazy as of late.
• Other stuff... yea.

Also, In high school I was in Robotics team and Math team, and those teams did very well all the four years I was there. It was fun.
My crowning achievement in High School would probably be either getting 3rd place in the Oralist Competition in the 2004 ICTM state Math meet or getting Math student of the year for 2004.
