| Chapter 7 �I can�t believe we�re done performing.� Kat said sulking in the bus. �We�re not done for good. This was only a stepping stone,� Jenna said trying to cheer her up. �and we do have a record label now. Hey Becky are you with us?� ~ I miss Ashley. I really want to see him. Oh ya definitely.� Becky said staring out the window to the other bus. �Becky what are you thinking about?� Kat asked �Oh uh nothing.� Becky said and turned away. �Ok what ever, I�m gonna go get some food. I�ll be right back.� Kat said and walked off the bus. �You�re thinking about Ashley aren�t you?� Jenna asked �Uh huh, I just wanna see him soo bad. Why don�t you go outside and look for him.� Dan said like he knew something and left with Jenna. Becky stepped outside and slowly walked around in the dark. ~ Wow that was convincing! I do not want to play Ashley�s games. Ok whatever. I guess I can look for him. ~ �Ahhh!� Becky shrieked as Ashley wrapped his arms around her from behind. �Ashley I�m going to kill you, you scared me.� �I�m sorry� Ashley said then kissed her forehead. I�m still going to be in Orlando with you.� �Ashley look I really like you. I like you a lot. But once we get back to Orlando everything will be different. You grew up with music and a loving family. I grew up with boarding schools and nannies, the only time I was home was summer and my parents were always off at parties. Even if we live in the same town and we�re in the same business we�re always going to be worlds apart.� �Becky who cares where we came from or where we�re going? A faint voice echoed through the air �hey Jenna, can you help me find the soda machine later?� �Now, the mood is dead.� Becky said laughing �Ok I think we should get on the buses now.� Ashley said and put his arm around Becky. �Ya I think so.� Becky put her arm around Ashley and started walking towards the bus. �I wanna hang out on your bus.� �No problem there� Ashley leaned down and kissed Becky. �Didn�t think so.� Becky saw Dan, Jenna, Kat and Jacob standing in front of the bus. �Ya so everyone�s gonna hang out on our bus, right?� Jacob asked enthusiastically. �Right!� Kat answered. Just then Trevor and Erik walked up. �You know what, on second thought I think I�m gonna go back to my bus.� Kat turned and walked away. Becky took Ashley�s arm off her shoulder and ran after her. �Kat you don�t wanna come?� �No, I�ll be fine� �Are you sure you don�t want me to come with you?� �I�m sure, just go!� Kat yelled at Becky �Fine whatever, I was just trying to be nice.� |
