The origins of footskating are uncertain. Some say it was started by
prehistoric cavemen; others believe it was brought by aliens; one or two even
believe it was started by MTV2's Jackass spoof "Crazy Monkey". The
truth is...
Whatever... It's not that interesting without illustrations so I'd better go
do them first.
