It starts with a short introduction from kiefer, which is nothing more than just an excuse to mention the sponsers name. Then after that where given some stills from last season which have had some weird affects added to them, just so you know there from last season.

We see Jack in an office at CTU, it looks different to when we last saw it, so it seems likely that they've revamped CTU since it was bombed (well it would make sense wouldn't). Jack is in an unusually smart suit, I do hope theres a reason he's in that nice a suit, becuase he's not going to get into the thick of things like he did last season if he wears clothes like that.

It appears Jack has a new partner, Chase is his name, and he looks quite young, mid twenties. In the first scene they are discussing recent events, like the fact that Jack went to great lengths to put a Drug dealer behind bars. Those great lengths may be to do with his health becuase he doesn't look that great, he's out of breath and sweating a lot. One worrying thing, I might be wrong but I'm pretty sure I heard carrie's name in the conversation, she can't still be around can she??.

The Plot as far as I can work out it that the Drug Dealer than Jack put away has some very power terrorist connections, and they are threatning to release a chemical of some kind into the general population of L.A., if he is not released. This chemical has everyone scared, including President David Palmer, who it seems is alive and well.
