Anyway this whole page is about spiritual ideals which I hold as being my very own little testament in the world of violence, crime, oppression and religious biggotry. That said here are the principles of the FnOrD.
I have an idea about most things, but this is my favorite. What makes a religion a religion. Well, followers. This is where I have a problem with most religions. You are a follower. To be all metaphorical I'll put this to you:
If you are being led up a mountain and the guide turns left, you do not know why he turns left and therfore do not understand the journey. I say, why not be your own guide, find out for yourself which to turn. In my veiw only the individual can persue a spiritual/religious goal on their own terms!
If you must worship a god then i would ask this, what is this god of yours, where did it come from and such other questions that would make a priest very happy indeed. But most of all I would ask you if this god is a personal thing, even if you are not worshiping a god and following a spiritual i path i would ask the same. My advise and point (finally) is this. If it isn't a choise bassed on the individual it is not a true faith/path. It must be personal in order for you to gain any understanding of it at all.
I am not a witch, though i do follow the pagan philosophy. However i will go on record here to say that they have nothing to do with satan (That is a christian creation) and the veiws that have been inplanted into the minds of people by the church is a scandel of historic proportions. Though it would not be wise to give them a taste of their own medicin it would seem that they have done it for me. Well done. I would also like to say that if i hear anymore about these foolish fundamentalists linching the enlightend people of this world i will have to begin a new 2000 year smear campain on them! Enough is enough leave us alone you deluded fools, by the way jesus was not the son of god and there is no santa :-P
