| Shot Put: 35' 6 Discus: 120' 11 Whitney placed 4th in the shot put (35' 6 PR) and 3rd in the discus (120' 11 PR) in the discus at The South Coast League Finals. Whitney qualified for CIF division II Prelims in both the shot put & discus. Whitney Qualified and placed 7th In division II CIF Finals in the discus. Whitney had a best of 12' 1 in the Pole Vault, capturing her second consecutive South Coast League Championship, and was CIF division II runner-up while qualifying for her second straight State meet in that event. |

| Shot Put: 39' 11 1/2 Discus: 126' 10 Pole Vault: 12' 10 Whitney Johnson was The Orange County Track & Field athlete of the year in 2004. She broke the the CIF SS division I & Orange County record in the pole vault (12' 10). Whitney placed 4th at the California State Meet in the pole vault. Whitney placed second at the CIF SS Masters Meet, and was the division I CIF Champion in the pole vault. Whitney was league champion in the pole vault for the third consecutive year, setting a South Coast League Meet record (12' 3).
