Haramosh Trek 

Haramosh range is yet another area seldom visited and unspoiled. Since 1987 we have organized trekking trips there and outfitted expeditions to nearby peaks across Haramosh La (4815m) to Laila, and surrounding peaks. We organized the trip of the famous Japanese photographer, Mr Shiro Shirahata for his book "THE KARAKORAM". We have taken similar groups from Chogo Lungma Glacier across the Haramosh La, down to the valleys of pine forest, and green pastures to the Indus Valley.

I T I N E R A R Y

Day 1

Arrival Islamabad.

Day 2

Fly or drive to Gilgit.

Day 3

Jeeps to Dassu (Dacha), and trek to Iskera, Summer village at 2000m (4-5 hrs).

Day 4

Ascend across mani glacier to Kutwal Lake at 2500 m. An ideal spot for a rest day at the end of Harmosh (3-4 hrs).

Day 5

Day free for explorations.

Day 6

Return trek to Iskera.

Day 7

Trek to Dassu, and drive to Gilgit.

Day 8

Road journey to Besham.

Day 9

Continue to Islamabad.

Day 10

Fly home.
