Helpless
(Sorry, this page is still being
made)
In this episode, Buffy realises
that she slowly is losing her strength and then has the strength
of a normal teenage girl of her size. But it is Giles, through
a series of injections done while he hypnotises Buffy, that is
doing this to her. Throughout the episode we slowly realise that
he is doing this in the lead up to a test to test Buffy's wits
and brains that every Slayer, if they see their 16th birthday,
has to partake. But then the hungary vampire which was being prepared
for this test (she was to be stuck in a confined space - a box
I think - with this dude to see if she could, without her powers,
defeat him) escapes and havok reeks loose. Giles tells Buffy of
what he has had to do (the Council told him so) and Buffy gets
kinda annoyed (screaming, "How could you do this to me????")
and storms out on him. Then with the help of her friends (and
of course Angel) the vampire is staked and all ends well. But
not before Giles is booted from the Council for telling Buffy
about the test.
