How to Shop with Us?
There are two ways:
1. Visit our Yahoo! Auctions Booth and place your bid.
2. Visit our Yahoo! Auctions Booth and order via e-mail at [email protected].



Bidding at Yahoo Auctions Booth
Step 1: Login to Yahoo! Auctions, Singapore (auctions.yahoo.com/sg).
Step 2: Visit our Yahoo! Auctions Booth.
Step 3: Choose the items to bid on .
Step 4: Place your bid by putting the amont you are willing to pay in bid box (titled: "Place a Bid").
Step 5: Wait for the auctions to close .
Step 6: Make your payment .
Step 7: Notify us of your payment & shipping address via e-mail at [email protected].
Step 8: The package is on its way to you!



Ordering Via E-mail
Step 1: Browsing through various products at our Yahoo! auctions.
Step 2: Choose your favourite items.
Step 3: Send an e-mail to [email protected] using the following format:
             - Auction ID :
             - Item Name:
             - Quantity:
Step 4: Upon confirmation of the stock availability, we'll respond with the payment details within 24 hrs.
Step 5: Make your payment .
Step 6: Notify us of your payment & shipping address via e-mail at [email protected].
Step 7: The package is on its way to you!




How to Find Our Products
� On Yahoo! Auctions, Singapore page (http://auctions.yahoo.com/sg), search using these keyword ' flowerstreet21 '
� To be specific, search using keyword 'flowerstreet21' followed by product description such as:

� You can always contact us at [email protected] if you need help in finding your favourite items that suit your preferences and budget.



Payment
� Payment can be made via bank fund transfer to our DBS/UOB/OCBC bank account in Singapore.
� Bank fund transfer can be done via internet banking / ATMs / cash deposit machines.
� Fund transfer from POSB to DBS is possible without extra charges (Please contact the bank for more information).
� Please note down transaction reference number issued by bank as a proof of payment.
� Kindly notifly us once the fund transfer has been completed.
� A Payment Received Notification will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours once the bank transaction has been verified.



Shipping
� Please see Shipping Options and Rates on the next topic.
� All items will be delivered via post only.
� Buyers pay shipping and handling charges.
� Your item(s) will be shipped out within 3 business days once full payment and shipping address are received.
� Most orders via normal mail will be shipped out on the following day.
� A Shipping Notification will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours once the package has been shipped out.

Notes: We will not be responsible for mail theft, loss, damage, delay of the item handling by SingPost as it is beyond our control.
However, we will do our best to ensure fast & safe delivery:
- The package will be mailed out within 3 business days once full payment and shipping address are received.
- Proof of shipping can be provided upon request within 2 months from shipping date.
- Proof of shipping for normal mail is a VDO recorded at a time of posting.
- Proof of shipping for registered mail is a tracking number (article number) issued by SingPost.
- Your address will be printed on the label exactly as you type it (or with minimal editing), to avoid unclear handwriting and spelling errors,
- The envelope will be sealed with glue and scotch tape at all sides to prevent breakage and attempted theft.
- The item(s) will be wrapped with plastic wrap to prevent moisture damage.

You can do your parts to safeguard your package:
- Please opt for registered mail as a safer alternative.
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct, complete and deliverable - preferrable in printable format such as:

Shipping Options & Rates
1. Normal Mail (within Singapore)
     - Please refer to 'shipping price' on top of the auction page for normal postage charges.

2. Register Mail Service (within Singapore)
     - Additional $2.24 will be charged per package, on top of normal postage charges.

3. International Shipping (outside Signapore)
     - Shipping outside Singapore will be charged based on weight of the package and country of destination.
     - Please contact us for more details on shipping options and charges.

4. Other mail services (insured mail, SpeedPost) can be requested. Please contact us for more information.



Shipping Durations
� Your item(s) will be shipped out within 3 business days once full payment and shipping address are received.
� Most orders via normal mail will be shipped out on the following day.
� It takes 1 - 3 working days for local delivery by SingPost.



Registered Mail Service
� It is a safer alternative to ship your item(s) via post as you can track the whereabouts of the package.
� Additional $2.24 will be charged per package, on top of normal postage charges.
� The item delivery will be done on SingPost working day and a person presence is required to sign for the package.
� After the package has been posted at post office, we'll send you Registered Article Number via e-mail.
� RA Number can be used to verify the status of the package at SingPost website:
    http://www.singpost.com/ra/ra_article_status.asp
� Please check SingPost Website for more information on registered mail services.


Packing
� All items wil be wrapped in waterproof plastic wrap to prevent damage from water.
� All breakable items will be bubble-wrapped.
� The envelope will be glued and sealed with scotch tape at all sides.
� Special packing instruction maybe given to us.



Combined Shipping
� Combined shipping can be arranged for multiple purchases to the same shipping address under single delivery.
� If you wish to add more items to your purchase, please inform us before the payment is due.



Rating and Feedback at Yahoo! Auctions
� Positive rating will be given upon confirmation of the item's arrival.
� Negative rating will be given upon failure to honour the deal.
� Seller shall not be given negative rating due to factors beyond seller's control such as loss of the package, mail theft, item damaged during transit by SingPost.
� Buyer will not be given negative rating if he/she wishes to cancel the bid and inform us before the payment is due.
