Effective April 1, 2002, Elizabeth Schroeder was promoted to Director of Management Development and Employee Communications in the Human Resources department. It is with great pleasure that I announce her new responsibilities because she will spotlight and infuse energy into areas within our organization that have tremendous opportunity.

In this role, Elizabeth will pick up the challenge of developing a full communications program for employees across the corporation. She will enhance training to provide better results through effective performance and to promote strong leadership - truly enabling the company to be a destination workplace.

Elizabeth brings over 12 years of experience in human resources, with emphasis and expertise in employee relations, management and employee development, performance management, and communication. She has worked mainly in fast-paced emerging wireless and technology industries.

Prior to QRS, Elizabeth was the Senior Manager, Employee Relations, at Intraware, Inc. She has held management and consulting roles in corporations including Nextel Communications, Geoworks Corporation, Varian Inc., Amdahl Corporation, and Western Digital, Inc.

In addition to her dedication to the art of Human Resources, Elizabeth is an amateur triathlete and slow, but diligent, 5-10k distance runner.
