Denmark Foods

Denmark cuisines are, like its neighbors, are heavy and rich in fat. Mainly the food consist of full-of-carbohydrate fish and meat. Theis is because of the countries long cold climates.
Agriculture still plays a major role and most prefer Denmark agricultural food to imported items, although food from other countries in Europe is increasing in market.
Because of cold climates and lack of refrigeration, long-lasting food is a nessecity. That would explain the lack of fresh fruits and vegetables in traditional cuisines.
Although famously liberal with respect to social values, Danes are fairly conservative when it comes to food. They thus appreciate traditional cooking, and are hesitant to embrace new "different" types of food.
As Denamrk becomes more industrialized, it's food has been becoming more nutricious and offer more vegetables.

Examples of Denmark foods:

-In a daze- Beautiful....-sniffle- I'm in love...What could be wrong?... -snaps out of it- Right!
Info: Rødgrød med fløde, made by boiling raspberries and the like until they are soft. The juice is thickened and sweeten and served with cream or milk.

Doesn't this look appetizing...
Info: This is Demark's national dish, called Frikadellar. It's basically the universal meatballs, mostly made of pork or beef...eggs, chopped onions, bread, and salt and pepper....
