| If you are coming to fly with us ensure your pre-flight assessment form is completed and sent to us at [email protected] Alternatively you can post it to us at: 7 Payton mews, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 1JW (If you apply by e-mail you will be asked to sign a copy when you arrive - if you do not then you (or the service user on which you are applying) can not fly) |
| Before you can fly you will need to complete the pre-flight assessment form(which can be found in the 'downloads' section). We provide flights to people who live in care homes and have a disability or terminal illness, you can find our policy on 'acceptance of applicants' in the downloads section. We will normally let you know if your application has been successful within 21 days of receiving your pre-flight assessment forms and advise of a date for your flight. |
