To use the downloaded cursor:

(1) Double click on the WinZip archive to open. Extract the cursor to where you want it.
(2) Open "My Computer" on the desktop.
(3) Open "Control Panel"
(4) Double click on "Mouse"
(5) Click on the "Pointers" tab and change the desired cursors.
