Members of the Patriots athletics club did very well on the weekend in the Corsaire-Chapparal meet at the Claude Robillard Arena in Montreal.

In the Minime category, Gabriel Boisclair finished in second place in the 60m and 150m while Genevi�ve Kerkerian did the same in the 60m and took gold in the 150m.  Madeleine Flexer-Harrison took third place in the 150m.  In the Benjamins Benoit Turcotte merited bronze in the 150 m. amd Raphael Cossette finsihged first in the 1000 m with a remarkable time of 3 m 20 sec.
NOTE :Madeleine is a Benjamin, not a Minime

For the Cadets, Marie-�ve Lapierre finished second in the 60m hurdles and Gabrielle  Saint-Amant came third  As for Isabelle Kerkerian,  she took bronze in the 200m.  Note that Jonathan Charest was injured in the semi-finals and could not complete his 33rd affiliated race.  Samuel Blanchet  took gold in the 1200 m while Alexandre G�linas finished 2nd in the 60m and first in the high jump with  1m 67. 
In the male juv. category, Alexandre Genest won the silver in the 3000 m with a n excellent time of 9:38.

Junior athlete  Julien Dugal won the 300m while Michel Lemay took the hammer throw.

This competion is a preparation for the the provincial civil championships to be held March 1-3.
